In exchange for filling out a short online customer survey, you will automatically be entered to win a GoPro HERO HD Waterproof Action Camera.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • Only one GoPro HERO HD Waterproof Action Camera will be given away.
  • You must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry to win.

HOW TO ENTER

  • Complete the short online customer survey.
  • Be sure to provide your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  • Submit online by 4:00 p.m. PCT Thursday, January 15, 2015.

Amanda Products™ will randomly select the winner on no later than 4:00 p.m. PCT on Sunday, February 1, 2015. The potential prize winner will be notified by email and/or telephone. If the potential prize winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days (i.e., Monday thru Friday, excluding any United States holidays), another eligible entry will be randomly drawn and another potential prize winner will be notified.

The sponsor of this Sweepstakes (Survey to Win Promotion) is Amanda Products™, 1120 CIC Drive, Logan, Ohio 43138.

Employees of Deshler Group, Amanda Products and/or Amanda Bent Bolt and respective parents, subsidiaries or affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate families of each and those living in the household of same are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

The sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering all participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and sponsor’s decisions. Certain restrictions may apply.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

One entry is allowed per person; subsequent entries will not be eligible.

By entering this sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Amanda Products™, its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their respective employees, officers, directors and shareholders, advertising and promotion agencies, consultants and any other companies participating in the promotion, administration or fulfillment of this sweepstakes (collectively the “releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, loss, damage to persons or property, costs, expenses, including, without limitation, participation in the sweepstakes or resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize awarded, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, invasion of the right of privacy or publicity.

LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY

Releasees shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, or by any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity. Releasees not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Sweepstakes; (iii) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) late, lost or undeliverable entries.
