Amanda Products Unveils Its Road to SEMA 2014 Story
Amanda Products is thrilled to unveil the story of its behind-the-scenes run-up to SEMA 2014. After completing a successful debut at last year’s SEMA Show and receiving a Global Media Award for the innovative SpeedHook™, Amanda Products designers couldn’t wait to get back to the drawing board to develop more exciting aftermarket products for their customers.
The first section of this story, “INSPIRATION”, documents Amanda Products’ months of conversations with offroad enthusiasts and Ultra4 and Dirt Riot offroad racers, as well as their appearance at multiple off-road events, including King of the Hammers, Jeep Beach and Cantina for the Con. They talked extensively with fans, learning about their interests and preferences. These conversations helped them determine the direction in which they wanted Amanda Products to go.
“We wanted to pull back the curtain on our design process this year,” said Robert Gruschow, President of Amanda Products, “and allow our fans to witness first-hand how we create and develop new products for the off-road marketplace. It’s been an amazing twelve months for Amanda Products and we are excited to share our design story with a larger audience.”
Two additional sections — detailing Amanda Products’ design process and prototyping effort — will be revealed in the coming weeks and as they unveil their prototypes at SEMA 2014.
