Amanda Products to be 2015 Title Sponsor for Cole Car Motorsports

As of January 1, 2015, Amanda Products will be title sponsor of ColeCar Motorsports LLC, a new IFS Ultra4 race car, two UTVs and a full race schedule.

Last year we were a sponsor of Mike Klensin and Team Crossed Up Off-Road. In October, Mike joined forces with Mat Carpentier of ColeCar Motorsports. The relationship began when Mat offered to help Mike build a new state of the art Ultra4 race car; it’s expected to be ready in time for King of the Hammers. Fans will be able to follow the progress via Amanda Products’ website and social media channels. Mike says “We’ll be doing full build coverage from start to finish.”

The team is dedicated to the Ultra 4 West Coast Series – along with a keen desire to ‘never miss an opportunity to go out and race.’ Those opportunities will include Lucas Oil regional short course off road racing and other local and regional desert races. Amanda Products’ sponsorship also includes two Polaris RZR 900 UTVs; all three vehicles will race the Dirt Riot series.

As John Brock eases into retirement, Klensin says “It’s a good time to partner up with a new team. ColeCar has more people and more support. Instead of two guys, we’ve got about 15 all helping in different ways.”

Select events will feature Amanda Products’ SEMA 2014 Jeep Wrangler with its innovative new bumper and door prototypes. The race and prototype vehicles will be transported via 38′ trailer.  Custom wraps for the race vehicles and trailer are in the design phase.

In all, 2015 promises to be an exciting year for Amanda Products, ColeCar Motorsports LLC and off-road racing fans. Klensin says “The team is gung ho – big into making a name for themselves! We’ll be pouring tremendous energy into the racing scene.”
