Amanda Products hit the ground winning.

Amanda Products’ official entry into the consumer off-road market was announced via press release and a newly created Facebook page in October, 2013.

Robert Gruschow (President of Deshler – AP’s parent company) enthused: “We are very excited to bring our products to the retail market. We have been diligently watching the off-road market and have developed a list of products that we feel can be improved upon and manufactured here in the USA.”

Amanda’s Ultra SS 4-seater chassis was on display and Amanda SpeedHook™ was introduced. It was one of more than 2,000 new products at a show that drew more than 60,000 domestic and international buyers.

Engaging the audience

An Xbox One Giveaway Contest invited opinions and new product ideas. One took place via an iPad Survey at the SEMA booth in Offroad Hall; the other was promoted via Amanda Products’ Facebook page.

Tyler Parsons of Phoenix won, saying “The booth was memorable to me because of the white chassis with the green SpeedHook™ and all the tabs and brackets. I have a Jeep and wheel a lot as part of two clubs here in Arizona; as a fabricator I can see the benefit in all the products.”
