WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

  • Amanda Products are warrantied against any workmanship defects for one year.
  • Surface finish has no wear rate warranty and is not covered by this limited product warranty.
  • This warranty does not cover excessive wear caused by misuse or abuse of the products.
  • This warranty is void for any product not used for the application that it is intended for.
  • No additional warranty is either expressed or implied.

Amanda Products accepts returns for all items in original (new) condition; contact us within 30 days of receipt for a return authorization number. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging.

Requesting a Return
Amanda Products issues credits for products (and associated parts) returned in new/unused condition in the original packaging with a copy of original paperwork and a Return Authorization number.

Compensation will not be approved for items damaged during installation or use.

Return Process

  • A Return Authorization Number must be requested within 30 days of product receipt.
    • Contact Customer Care at (800) 555-8888
    • Explain the nature of your return
    • Request a Return Authorization number
    • Provide your email and phone number
  • Our Customer Care Associate will email your Return Authorization number along with instructions for return.
    • Return the product to the address provided in the email
    • The Return Authorization number must be clearly visible on the packaging; returns without that number will not be approved for refund
  • Once Amanda Products has received the product, a confirmation email will be sent.
    • Approved refunds appear in the form of a credit via the original payment method
    • It typically takes banks 5 to 7 business days to process the credit

Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to manufacturer defect or error, return shipping is free; call us for a prepaid shipping label.
  • If the return is due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping at a discounted rate. (The amount will be deducted from the final refund amount.)

Exchange Process

  • An Exchange Authorization Number must be requested within 30 days of product receipt.

    • Explain the nature of your exchange
    • Establish the balance (or credit) due based on the price of the replacement item and associated shipping charges
    • Request an Exchange Authorization Number
    • Provide your email and phone number
  • Our Customer Care Associate will email your Exchange Authorization Number along with instructions.
    • Return the original product to the address provided in the email
    • The Exchange Authorization Number must be clearly visible on the packaging; returns without that number will not be approved for exchange
  • Once Amanda Products has received the original product, a confirmation email will be sent.
    • The replacement item will be shipped
    • The balance or credit due will be adjusted via the original payment method

If you received the wrong item

Compare the product number on your shipping receipt with the product number on your order receipt.

  • If the numbers don’t match, we may have sent the wrong product. Contact Customer Care at (800) 874-8888 to arrange for prompt exchange. (We’ll send a prepaid label for your convenience.)
  • If the numbers do match, you may have accidentally ordered the wrong part. Contact Customer Care at (800) 874-8888 so we can process your return and exchange.

About restocking fees
Packaging, shipping and returns are expensive. In some cases Amanda Products deducts restocking fees of up to 15% from refunds to help recover the cost of returns.
